Millet is one of the oldest cereals. It was cultivated in Mesopotamia as long as 6,000 years ago. For millennia, it has been an important part of the diet in Asia, Africa and Europe. Although it cannot be used to make traditional, high-quality bread, it has a very wide range of uses. It is suitable for preparing main courses, side dishes, porridges, desserts, breakfasts and light meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Compared with many other cereals, it stands out for its vitamin and mineral content. Millet is naturally gluten-free, making it suitable for people with gluten intolerance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
