Composition:<\/strong> leaves of common alchemilla, tops of shepherd\u2019s purse, tops of common yarrow (15 %), flowers of calendula.<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/strong> Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over one level tablespoon (3 g) of tea mixture, let it steep for 15 minutes, then strain. Do not use a metal sieve.<\/p>\n

Method of use:<\/strong> Drink tea slowly throughout the day in small sips, preferably unsweetened.<\/p>\n

Recommended amount:<\/strong> 1 cup per day for 6 months, after which a 4-week break is required.<\/p>\n

Warnings:<\/strong> Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women and for children under 12 years of age.<\/p>\n

Storage:<\/strong> After opening, store out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place, well sealed.<\/p>\n
