This tea blend contains blackcurrant, birch, blackberry, and raspberry leaves, which in traditional use are associated with supporting the proper function of joints and the excretory system. The drink can be incorporated into a regular drinking regimen during periods of increased joint stress.<\/p>\n

1 level tablespoon (3 g) of the mixture infuse in 2.5 dl of boiling water, allow to steep for 15 minutes and strain. Do not use a metal sieve.<\/p>\n
For long-term support: 1 cup weekly in the morning.
When the need is increased: a maximum of 3 cups per day (morning, midday and afternoon), as needed.<\/p>\n
Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
For children aged 6 and over, administer only in powdered form<\/strong> (1 tablespoon of tea tree oil to 2.5 dl of water).
