Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, yeast-free, and no added oil!<\/strong>
You can prepare a fruit bread from this mix, which will remain soft even after several days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recommended recipe (for fruit bread approx. 640 g):<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/strong> 210g lukewarm water, 60g freshly squeezed lemon juice (not shop-bought!), 65g powdered erythritol (or other powdered sweetener\/sugar), 1.5g Himalayan salt (1g ordinary salt is sufficient), 10g grated dried organic lemon peel, approx. 150g dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, candied peel to taste and diet, 255g Szafi Free mixes for fruit bread<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl in the order specified, adding the mixture last.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Pour the batter into a silicone mould (20 \u00d7 10 cm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 210\u00b0C (conventional heat) for approximately 60 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Leave to cool on a wire rack before slicing!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udca1 Note: When using powdered sugar, only use 45g as it is sweeter than erythritol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Ingredients: buckwheat flour (56%), tapioca starch, millet (flour), psyllium (seed husks), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), bamboo fibre, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring (vanillin).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
