Natur Tanya Active B12-Matrix chewable tablet contains a high dose of bioavailable and fermented vitamin B12. Since the body cannot produce vitamin B12 itself and, as a water-soluble vitamin, it is quickly excreted, it needs to be replenished regularly.

Vitamin B12 plays an important role in the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems. A deficiency can cause anaemia, fatigue, exhaustion, or concentration problems. It is naturally found only in foods of animal origin, so vegans, in particular, should pay attention to adequate intake.

Athletes, people performing demanding mental or physical work, the elderly, and pregnant women have an increased need for vitamin B12.

Natur Tanya Active B12-Matrix is a gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan product, free from artificial preservatives, colours, and flavourings. It has a delicious wild cherry flavour and is easy to chew or suck.
