  • 125 g oat side dish<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 400 g water (4 dl)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 4 g Shafi Reform Himalayan salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Cook on a hob slightly lower than the maximum temperature (e.g. on an electric hob with a maximum of 9, approximately 6-7, but this may vary depending on the type of cooker). Cover for approximately 6-8 minutes.
    In the middle of cooking (after 4-5 minutes) stir to avoid overcooking.
    When cooking is finished, stir again and let stand covered for another 10 minutes (during this time the oat groats will soak up the water completely).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Serve as a side dish or mixed with cooked\/roasted vegetables as a vegetarian or vegan lunch. It can be further salted to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
