Szafi Free Fusilli is a gluten-free pasta made from just three simple ingredients – buckwheat flour, sweet potato flour and drinking water. It contains no maize, eggs or soya and can be used in the same way as traditional pasta. Thanks to the fusilli’s spiral shape, it is ideal for tomato, pesto or creamy sauces, as well as vegetable dishes and cold pasta salads. As it contains no eggs, it is also suitable for a vegan diet.

Application: Place the pasta in approximately ten times its volume of boiling, salted water and cook uncovered for 4–6 minutes. Stir a few times whilst cooking and skim off any foam as required. It is recommended that you cook no more than one 200 g packet at a time.
