Instructions for preparing a 250 g block:<\/strong> Pour 73 g of liquid coconut oil, as lukewarm as possible, and 168 g of cold water into a saucepan. Add 1 portion of the powder mixture (83 g), stir thoroughly with an immersion blender, then cook on the stove\/cooktop over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thickened. Stir vigorously for 3 minutes from the moment it thickens. Pour hot into the mould, partially cover and leave to cool. Close the container and place in the refrigerator for 48 hours.
