Taking it is recommended for all who should pay special attention to maintaining the health of the skeletal system and the proper function of muscles, for example:

Dosage: Adults are recommended to take 3 film-coated tablets daily. The tablets are recommended to be taken with or after a meal and with plenty of liquid. In case of difficulty swallowing, the tablet can be split or crushed.

Composition: Glucosamine sulphate-potassium salt of hydrochloric acid (derived from crustaceans/seafood); calcium carbonate; methylsulfonylmethane (MSM); filler (microcrystalline cellulose); coating agent (fatty acids, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol); sodium chondroitin sulphate; collagen peptides; L-ascorbic acid; colouring matter (calcium carbonate, iron oxides); zinc citrate; anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); copper gluconate; manganese sulphate; cholecalciferol.
