BioCo MEGA C-vitamin 1500 mg RETARD contains vitamin C with a gradual release, which provides a long-term supply of the necessary amount of vitamin for the body. Regular vitamin C supplementation is extremely important because the human body cannot make or store vitamin C on its own - excess vitamin C is quickly excreted.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, promotes iron absorption. It stimulates the production of collagen, which is essential for the elasticity of blood vessels, cartilage and skin.
