This fragrant tea blend composed of 100 % natural herbs combines the characteristic taste of mate leaves, the traditional use of nettle and birch, the freshness of peppermint, the warming character of ginger and the subtly sweet aroma of Ceylon cinnamon.

Composition: Mate leaves (Mate foil), Nettle leaves (Urticae folium), Birch Leaves (Betulae folium), Peppermint (Menthae piperitae folium), Ginger root (Zingiber rhizoma), Cinnamon bark - Ceylon (Cinnamomi cortex)

Preparation and dosage: Pour 2 teaspoons of the mixture over 2.5 dl of boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
Recommended daily dose: 2-3 cups.
