Composition: Peppermint - leaf (Menthae piperitae folium), Chamomile - flower (Matricariae flos / Chamomillae anthodium), Lemon balm - leaf (Melissae folium), Dandelion - scent (Origani vulgaris herba), Caraway - fruit (Carvi fructus)
Instructions for use: Pour 2 teaspoons of the mixture over 2.5 dl of boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Recommended daily dose: 2-3 cups, before meals.
