A powdered mixture for the preparation of a vegetable block with a cheddar flavour. Gluten, dairy and dairy free, made from plant-based ingredients. One packet makes 1 kg of vegan block.
Instructions for preparing a 250 g block: Pour 73 g of liquid coconut oil, as lukewarm as possible, and 168 g of cold water into a saucepan. Add 1 portion of the powder mixture (83 g), stir thoroughly with an immersion blender, then cook on the stove/cooktop over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thickened. Stir vigorously for 3 minutes from the moment it thickens. Pour hot into the mould, partially cover and leave to cool. Close the container and place in the refrigerator for 48 hours. (After 24 hours it is ready to eat, but 48 hours refrigeration is recommended to achieve the ideal consistency.)

Composition: Modified starches (potato), Himalayan salt, bean protein, flavour, tricalcium phosphate, bamboo fibre, yeast extract, acidity regulator (citric acid), colour (carotenes).
Storage: For the powder mixture: store in a dry and cool place.
For the finished product: storage temperature 2-8 °C. Consume within 3 days of opening the mould if stored in the refrigerator.
