Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, low-fat sweet or savoury pancakes can be prepared with the help of the Szafi Free pancake flour mix based on wheat.
Composition: tapioca starch, ash flour (31 %), buckwheat flour, fibre blend (plantain husk powder, bamboo fibre), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Instructions for use: Recipe for pancakes (VEGAN):
Ingredients (for 5 pancakes): 100 g Szafi Free pancake flour mix, 6 g sweetener (quadruple sweet), 1 g salt, 300 g room temperature almond drink (or water).
Preparation: Heat a pancake griddle.
Measure the almond drink, add salt and sweetener (only salt for savory pancakes).
Then add 100 g of the flour mixture and mix with a hand whisk until smooth.
Let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
Baking: Spray a pancake griddle with oil and heat to medium heat.
Spread one batch of batter on the pan and bake the first side for about 2 - 2.5 minutes, the second side for about 0.5 - 1 minute (turn the pancake when the edges start to peel off).
Be careful that the pan is not too hot, otherwise small holes may form on the surface of the dough!
The product may contain sesame, mustard, celery, nuts and sulphites!
Storage: store in a cool, dry place.
Packaging: 1000 g.
