Szafi Free oat side dish is a perfect gluten-free alternative as a side dish, for risotto or in combination with vegetables as a vegan main dish.
Composition: Gluten-free crushed oats, vegetable mix (carrot, parsley, parsley root, parsnip, celery, celery root, leek, onion, tomato, caper, onion, onion, bell pepper), salt, turmeric, curry spice mix (turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, carrot, salt, ginger, mustard seed, cumin, Roman cumin, cayenne pepper).

Recommended use - cooked spicy oat side dish (2 servings: 300 g)
- 125 g oat side dish
- 400 g water (4 dl)
- 4 g Shafi Reform Himalayan salt
Cook on a hob slightly lower than the maximum temperature (e.g. on an electric hob with a maximum of 9, approximately 6-7, but this may vary depending on the type of cooker). Cover for approximately 6-8 minutes.
In the middle of cooking (after 4-5 minutes) stir to avoid overcooking.
When cooking is finished, stir again and let stand covered for another 10 minutes (during this time the oat groats will soak up the water completely).
Serve as a side dish or mixed with cooked/roasted vegetables as a vegetarian or vegan lunch. It can be further salted to taste.
