Medicinal plants in the complex

This carefully selected combination of plants contains a wealth of natural active ingredients that complement one another.

Hawthorn (Crataegus)

It supports healthy heart function and blood circulation. It is traditionally used to promote blood flow to the heart muscle and support the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system.

Ginkgo biloba

It helps ensure proper blood flow to the brain and the peripheral blood vessels and promotes normal blood circulation.

Turmeric

It supports healthy fat metabolism and proper digestion, and acts as an antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Artichoke

It supports bile production, healthy liver function and fat metabolism, thereby helping to maintain normal cholesterol levels.

Wild garlic

It contains naturally occurring sulphur compounds and flavonoids, which have traditionally been used to support vascular health and normal blood pressure.

Recommended dosage

By body weight

• Up to 70 kg: 1 capsule twice a day.
• Over 70 kg: 2 capsules twice a day.

Method of use

• In capsule form: Drink plenty of water.
• As a tea: Empty the contents of the capsules into a glass, pour in approximately 200 ml of water at a temperature of 50–60 °C, stir and drink immediately.
• Dissolved in liquid: You can also mix the contents of the capsules into cold water, juice, a smoothie, yoghurt, honey or any other drink.

Composition

Each capsule contains:

• NaturMill® superfine plant powder – 500 mg, of which:
  • flowering hawthorn shoots – 180 mg
  • leaf of the ginkgo biloba – 80 mg
  • turmeric root – 80 mg
  • artichoke leaf – 80 mg
  • wild garlic leaf – 80 mg
• Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – 40 mg (50 % of the reference daily intake)
• Capsule shell: gelatine.

It contains no preservatives, excipients or residues of extraction solvents.

Long-term use

The complex does not contain any plants whose active ingredients accumulate in the body; it is therefore also suitable for long-term use, provided the recommended dosage is followed.
