Béres Lutein Complex is a food supplement containing 20 mg of lutein, zinc, vitamins A, B2, C, E and copper. Vitamin A, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and zinc help maintain normal vision. Lutein is a natural component of the retina and the lens of the eye; in this preparation, it is derived from a natural extract of Erect marigold (Tagetes erecta).

Vitamin C, vitamin E and copper help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, modified maize starch, ascorbic acid, maize starch, zinc sulphate, extract of upright asclepias (Tagetes erecta) containing lutein, dried glucose syrup, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, sodium ascorbate, alpha-tocopherol, butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide, rice starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sucrose esters of fatty acids, copper sulphate, gelatine, riboflavin, retinyl acetate, sucrose, carmine, iron oxides and hydroxides.

🥄 Recommended dosage
Adults: 1 film-coated tablet daily, preferably before a meal, followed by a glass of water (150–200 ml). The recommended duration of use is at least 6 months.
