Recommended dosage

• Adults: 10 ml a day (using the measuring spoon provided or 2 teaspoons).
• Children 5 ml a day (using the measuring spoon provided or 1 teaspoon).
• Mix the recommended daily dose in 100–200 ml any drink (water, tea, fruit juice, etc.).
• Shake well before use.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage

• Store in a dry, cool place, away from light and sources of heat.
• Once opened, use by 2 months.
• Keep out of reach of children.
