Composition: True chamomile – root (Helenii rhizoma / Inulae radix), artichoke leaf (Cynarae folium), fenugreek seeds (Trigonellae foenugraeci semen), blessed thistle herb (Cnici benedicti herba), peppermint leaf (Menthae piperitae folium).
Recommended use: Pour 2 teaspoons of the mixture into 2.5 dl of boiling water, cover and steep for 15 minutes. Daily dose: 1–2 cups, preferably before meals.
