Nordvital magnesium bisglycinate + B6 contains organically bound magnesium and the active form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
The bisglycinate form is gentle on the stomach and well absorbed. The preparation is suitable for stress load, physical activity or for people who care about conscious replenishment of nutrients.

Active ingredients in a daily dose (2 capsules):

Magnesium bisglycinate - 1600 mg
of which elemental magnesium - 200 mg (53 % RVH*)
