Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut flour-free, yeast-free, low-fat - you can prepare such homemade bread from a mixture of flours, which remains soft even after a few days and has no aftertaste!

Our products do not contain any ingredients of animal origin, therefore the Szafi Free product range is completely vegan and free from contamination.

Composition: wheat flour, tapioca starch, fibre blend (psyllium, bamboo fibre), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Recipe for bread: Ingredients (for 455 g loaf): 250g Szafi Free light soft bread mix, 3g Szafi Reform Himalayan salt, 30g freshly squeezed lemon juice or 20g 6% white wine vinegar, 280g room temperature water, 1+1g coconut oil for rubbing.

Preparation: In a bowl, mix together the water, lemon juice and salt, then add the flour mixture and knead thoroughly. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. After resting, shape the loaf on a lightly floured surface and brush with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (upper + lower heating) for 50 minutes. Then brush lightly with coconut oil again (for colour) and bake at 200 °C for another 15 minutes.

Tip - Fries: Ingredients (for 3 buns): 140 g Szafi Free light soft bread mix, 2 g salt, 10 g fresh lemon, juice or apple cider vinegar, 170 g lukewarm water. Same as for the bread, but shape into 3 buns. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
