Active ingredients in 1 capsule: Chinese angelica extract 10:1 – 150 mg, raspberry leaf extract 20:1 – 150 mg, red clover extract 20:1 – 50 mg, maca extract 20:1 – 50 mg, flax lignans (SDG 40 %) – 50 mg.

Recommended dosage: 1 capsule daily during a meal, washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid. Cyclical use is recommended – approximately 2 weeks of use, followed by a 2-week break.
