Product Description
This food supplement contains calcium exclusively in the form of Calcium citrate, which is an organically bound form and therefore can be absorbed more effectively. The tablet is supplemented vitamin D3, which plays a crucial role in the proper absorption and utilisation of calcium in the body.
Calcium contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, plays a role in blood clotting, and supports proper muscle function. The film coating on the tablets makes them easier to swallow and contains no colourants.
When is it appropriate to take
For increased calcium needs, in older persons, with a lack of sunlight, during growth periods, and for persons seeking a more absorbable source of calcium.
Recommended dosage
Adults: 1–2 film-coated tablets per day Take with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Calcium citrate is also suitable for reduced stomach acid production.
Composition
Calcium citrate, glazing agents (fatty acids, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol), bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide), cholecalciferol.
