There's nothing better than the smell of freshly baked bread. With Schär Mix B – Bread Mix, you can make homemade bread easily and quickly. Simply add yeast, water, and a touch of salt, and you can create delicious bread, rolls, hamburger buns, baguettes, or other favourite baked goods.

The result is a baked good with a golden-brown crispy crust and a soft, fluffy crumb. Thanks to the rice and lentil flour content, the mixture also contains fibre, which is part of a balanced diet.

The mixture does not contain gluten, lactose, palm oil, or preservatives. No milk or eggs are needed for preparation, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians too.

Composition: maize starch, rice flour, vegetable fibre (psyllium, bamboo), wholegrain rice flour (3.8 %), lentil flour (3.6 %), glucose, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, salt.
