GAL Omega-3 Fish Oil is a high-quality, purified fish oil containing the full spectrum of omega-3 fatty acids in their natural triglyceride (TG) form. Thanks to natural tocopherols (vitamin E) and camphor-free rosemary extract, the oil is exceptionally stable and retains its quality and freshness over the long term.

The added natural lemon oil gives the product a pleasant, subtle flavour, making it suitable for eating on its own or as an ingredient in salads, baked goods or other dishes.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 tablespoon (approximately 10 ml) a day with a meal. You can take it on its own or add it to salads, on toast or in other dishes.
