Dosage: Adults are recommended to take 1 capsule daily, wash down with plenty of fluid.

Composition: Coenzyme Q10; emulsifier (polysorbate 80); anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids); gelatine; filling agent (microcrystalline cellulose); L-ascorbic acid; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate; colours (calcium carbonate, iron oxides and hydroxides); beta-carotene; thiamine mononitrate; L-selenomethionine.
