Both types of fibre support the natural diversity of the gut microbiome and have been carefully combined to ensure they are very well tolerated. Unlike many common sources of fibre, this formula helps to minimise the occurrence of bloating and digestive discomfort.
The product is also suitable for people following a low-FODMAP, AIP or ketogenic diet and does not contain common allergens.
Recommended dosage: Take 6 g daily (1 larger dose) or 3–4 g twice daily (approximately 1 heaped teaspoon) mixed with water or another drink. Higher doses may be taken depending on individual needs. For children aged 3 and over, a dose proportionate to body weight is recommended (usually half the adult dose).
