Organic wholemeal pasta made from ancient einkorn wheat is produced from traditionally milled wholemeal flour, which contains all the natural parts of the grain. Despite being wholemeal, it has a delicate, pleasant flavour and, once cooked, takes on a lighter colour and increases in volume.

They are suitable for preparing a wide range of pasta dishes and, thanks to their simple, egg-free composition, are a high-quality ingredient for everyday cooking.
