Composition: Flour mix (fibre – bamboo, wheat; stabiliser: modified maize starch; flaxseed flour; wheat protein; thickener: pectin; vegetable oil: rapeseed; acid: lactic acid; emulsifier: E471; improver: ascorbic acid; enzyme), soft wheat flour, hen's eggs.
Allergens: glue, eggs
Instructions for preparation: Add the pasta to five times the amount of boiling, salted water and cook for 6-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Alternatively, cook for 2 minutes after it reboils, remove from heat, cover and let it swell until tender.
