INGREDIENTS: Sweeteners: erythritol, xylitol, steviol glycosides, sucralose; fibre (chicory, corn), tapioca starch, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate.
USE:
1500 g of fruit, 500 g of Dia-Wellness preserving sugar substitute, 6 g of citric acid.
Usage: Mix the fruit with Dia-Wellness sugar substitute, bring to a boil, and after 5 minutes of cooking, add citric acid. Pour into jars while hot, then turn the jars upside down for 5 minutes.
