Composition: Linden flower (Tiliae flos), Thyme (Thymi herba), Mullein flower (Verbasci flos), Horehound (Marrubii herba), Elderflower (Sambuci flos)
Instructions for use: 2 teaspoons of the mixture pour 2.5 dl of boiling water, cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Recommended daily dose: 2–3 cups throughout the day.
