Béres C KOMPLEX 1000 mg RETARD is a dietary supplement with a high content of vitamins C and D3, enriched with zinc and citrus bioflavonoids. Thanks to its sustained-release formulation, the vitamin C is released gradually from the film-coated tablet.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and supports normal energy metabolism. It also helps protect cells from oxidative stress, enhances iron absorption and supports the proper formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, skin, teeth, gums, cartilage and bones.

Vitamin D contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels, and to the maintenance of healthy bones, teeth and proper muscle function. Zinc supports the proper functioning of the immune system, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and helps maintain healthy hair, nails and skin.

Active ingredients in 1 film-coated tablet: Vitamin C: 1000 mg (1250 % RVH), Vitamin D3: 25 μg / 1000 IU (500 % RVH), Zinc: 10 mg (100 % RDA), Citrus bioflavonoids: 11 mg (RDA not specified).
