Essential oil Litsea cubeba is characterised by a pleasant, fresh with a citrus scent. It is suitable for inhalation, aromatherapy and room fragrancing. Its use is also based on the principles of traditional folk medicine.

What is it used for?
Thanks to its pleasant scent, the essential oil extracted from the fruit of the Litsea cubeba plant can have a calming effect, promote a positive mood and create a pleasant atmosphere in a room.

How to use: Suitable for freshening the air, evaporation in an aroma lamp or diffuser, skin care, aromatic baths, inhalation and home fragrance.

Evaporation: Add 5–7 drops to an aroma lamp, evaporator or diffuser filled with water. It can be combined, for example, with rosemary or grapefruit essential oil.

Aromatic bath Mix 3 drops of Litsea Cubeba oil and 3 drops of orange oil with 1 tablespoon of cream, honey or bath foam, and add to the bath water.

Refreshing foot massage: Add 4 drops each of lavender, cajeput, Litsea cubeba and eucalyptus oil to 2 dl of base oil (such as almond, peanut or avocado oil). Then massage the mixture into the skin.

What should you wear it with? It works well when combined with carrier oils such as almond, peanut or avocado oil, and with essential oils such as sweet orange, orange, rosemary, cypress or grapefruit.
