A refreshing and pleasantly cooling blend of five essential oils which, thanks to the combination of peppermint, lemon, eucalyptus, grapefruit and cubeb, creates a fresh, aromatic atmosphere and helps you feel comfortable whilst in the sauna.
Peppermint: Peppermint oil is traditionally used in inhalation preparations and sauna oils designed to refresh and make breathing more comfortable.
Lemon: Lemon oil is popular for its distinctive fresh and clean scent. It is ideal for use in aromatic blends to freshen the air in rooms.
Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus oil has an intense, refreshing scent. It is used in aromatic blends to promote a fresh atmosphere, a good mood and concentration.
Grapefruit: Grapefruit oil has a pleasant citrus scent that is refreshing and invigorating, and is a popular ingredient in relaxing aromatic blends.
Kubeba: Kubeb oil is traditionally used in aromatherapy for its fresh scent. It is suitable for use in aroma lamps, baths, saunas and massage blends.
Use in the sauna: Essential oils are released into the air whilst using the sauna and are absorbed primarily through inhalation. Their scent can have a positive effect on your mood and overall sense of well-being whilst you relax.
Recommended dosage: Add to the water in the sauna ladle 2–5 drops Mix the ingredients and then pour the water onto the hot stones. Never pour essential oils directly onto hot stones.
Use in a dry sauna and steam bath: In a dry, warm sauna, the aromatic effects of essential oils are primarily felt on the respiratory tract, the nervous system and one’s mood. In a steam bath, the aromatic steam also comes into contact with the skin.
