Barbara Gluten-Free Cocoa Biscuits 150g

Cheerful gluten-free biscuits shaped like animals, with a delicate cocoa filling and a delicious chocolate base. The crisp cocoa biscuit conceals a rich cocoa cream, whilst the chocolate base gives the biscuits an even more intense flavour.

They are suitable for people on a gluten-free diet, as they contain no gluten, milk or soya. Thanks to their playful shape, they are a hit with children and adults alike and are ideal as a snack for school or work, or as a sweet treat during the day.

Composition:

Dough: maize starch, margarine [vegetable fats (palm), vegetable oil (rapeseed), water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, table salt, preservative: sorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, butter flavouring, colouring: carotenes], granulated sugar, EGGS, rice flour, cocoa powder (4 %), maize flour, potato starch, vanilla sugar (sugar, vanillin), potato flakes, stabilisers: xanthan gum, guar gum, flavourings, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sugar beet fibre, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt.

Cocoa cream (10 %): fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm, coconut), icing sugar, coconut milk powder (coconut 85.2 %, tapioca glucose syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, potassium phosphate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), cocoa coating (sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat from palm kernels, defatted cocoa powder, emulsifiers: lecithins, polyglycerol polyricinoleate, flavouring), vanilla sugar (sugar, vanillin), flavourings, cocoa powder (5 %).

Cocoa glaze (10 %): sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat from palm kernels, defatted cocoa powder, emulsifier (lecithins), polyglycerol polyricinoleate, flavouring, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm).
