Specifically for individuals who consume little dairy or avoid it for any reason, for young adults in maintaining healthy bone tissue, for people with increased calcium needs such as pregnant and breastfeeding women, women during and after menopause, people with a sedentary lifestyle and individuals who often diet due to malnutrition.
Calcium
Calcium contributes to the reduction of mineral loss in bones in post-menopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic fractures. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 1200 mg of calcium from all sources in women over 50 years of age. As osteoporosis is influenced by multiple risk factors, changing one of them may not in itself lead to a reduction in the overall risk of the disease.
Warning
Individuals with kidney, liver, and biliary tract diseases, patients with heart failure, or those taking coumarin-type anticoagulants should consult a doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25 °C.
Vitamin K
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of healthy bones. Vitamin K is a group of fat-soluble compounds, including vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), found primarily in leafy green vegetables, and vitamin K2 (menaquinones), which we mainly obtain from animal-based foods such as liver, meat, cheese, and eggs.
