Rice is one of the oldest and most popular foods and forms a staple of the diet for more than half the world’s population. White rice is not a separate variety of rice – it differs from brown rice mainly in the way it is processed, during which the bran and germ are removed. This also reduces the fat content of the rice grains, giving white rice a longer shelf life.

No additional ingredients are added to the rice during the production of this rice porridge, nor is anything removed from it. It therefore retains the natural properties of the rice used. Thanks to its convenient instant form, you can enjoy the rice not only as a side dish, but also as a quick and tasty breakfast porridge.

Application: Suitable for making both sweet and savoury purées, with fruit, vegetables or other favourite ingredients. It can also be used to thicken soups and sauces.

Preparation: Mix the porridge thoroughly into hot water or rice drink. It is ready to eat after 1–2 minutes.
