Clearspring Organic Long Life Tofu is a delicate organic tofu made from just three ingredients – organic soya beans, spring water from the Mount Fuji region and nigari (a natural mineral coagulant extracted from seawater). It has a delicate, silky consistency and a creamy texture, whilst retaining a firm structure. It is suitable for both savoury and sweet dishes, soups, sauces, salads and Asian recipes.

It is naturally low in fat, gluten-free, lactose-free, free from dairy ingredients and contains no added salt. It is also a source of magnesium.
