We have chosen French fish collagen for our product. Naticol®, and its most predigested form, where the average peptide size is already below 2000 Daltons, ensuring rapid and complete absorption. Another significant difference is that this collagen is without Neu5Gc, and therefore we also recommend it for those who adhere to a strict autoimmune diet and avoid foods from mammals due to their Neu5Gc content (collagens are mostly produced from pig or beef skin). Compared to pig and beef collagens, it contains more glycine.

Recommended dosage: With French Naticol® and Japanese studies, many human clinical trials have been carried out, showing that even a daily dose 2.5 – 5 g it may be sufficient, but it is best to consume 5 – 10 g this, which we also recommend. Of course, higher doses can also be taken, but this brings only small additional benefits. It can be mixed into any drink, the taste is neutral. It is excellently suited, for example, for a morning smoothie.
