Peppermint (Mentha piperita L.) essential oil is obtained by gentle steam distillation of the aerial parts of the plant. It is characterised by an intense, fresh menthol scent and is among the most popular essential oils used in aromatherapy.
The essential oil is 100 % pure, natural and sourced from organic farming. It is suitable for aromatherapy, for use in diffusers, as part of a skincare routine when properly diluted, or for internal use in accordance with the recommended dosage.

Recommended use: Add 2 to 3 drops to a sugar cube or a teaspoon of honey. Do not use undiluted.
