Fito SIB(ox)3 is a dietary supplement based on a combination of three concentrated plant oil extracts – oregano, thyme and orange peel. The individual extracts are standardised for their content of characteristic constituents: carvacrol, thymol and D-limonene.

Oregano oil extract from Origanum vulgare contains at least 60 % carvacrol. Carvacrol is a naturally occurring phenolic compound which is one of the characteristic constituents of oregano and also contributes to its typical aroma.

Thyme oil extract from Thymus vulgaris is standardised to contain 30–40 % of thymol. Thymol is a natural monoterpene phenolic compound and one of the major bioactive constituents of thyme essential oil.

The third ingredient is an oil extract from the peel of Citrus sinensis, containing at least 95 % D-limonene. D-limonene is a naturally occurring terpene characteristic of citrus fruit peel.

Fito SIB(ox)3 thus combines three plant extracts in a single formula, each with a precisely defined content of its main characteristic constituents. The product is intended for the short-term and targeted supplementation of these plant substances into one’s daily routine.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule twice a day, ideally about 30 minutes before main meals.

Active ingredients: Oregano oil extract (Origanum vulgare, min. 60 % carvacrol): 80 mg, Thyme oil extract (Thymus vulgaris, 30–40 % thymol): 80 mg, Orange peel oil extract (Citrus sinensis, min. 95 % D-limonene): 60 mg.
