Thanks to changes in regulation, our successful product can come back to life – it now contains not only lemon balm extract and the amino acid L-theanine derived from green tea, but also passionflower extract and the neurotransmitter GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), which is naturally found in food and produced by plant fermentation.
While green tea generally has stimulating effects, some varieties contain high amounts of L-theanine and GABA, which have a calming effect. Our product contains significantly more of these substances in one capsule than is typical when consuming tea, and is additionally enhanced with the power of lemon balm and passionflower.
Recommended dosage:

Daily use for stress: 2× daily (morning and afternoon) 1–2 capsules.

Occasional use for restlessness, nervousness, tension: 1–3 capsules as needed.

The product does not cause drowsiness, so it is also suitable during the day – e.g. during work.

It also helps with difficulty falling asleep due to restlessness (1-3 capsules).

We recommend trying it with coffee as well: it will maintain the stimulating effect without the unpleasant feeling of nervousness (1-2 capsules).

Maximum dose: Do not exceed 3 capsules at a time and 6 capsules per day.
