GAL Magnesium Bisglycinate contains magnesium in the form of 100 % of fully reacted bisglycinate, in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. This organic form is characterised by high bioavailability and is very well tolerated, even by people with sensitive digestion.

Unlike many inorganic forms of magnesium (oxide, carbonate, hydroxide or sulphate), magnesium bisglycinate is easily absorbed and does not usually cause diarrhoea or other digestive problems.

Why is magnesium important?
