GAL Omega-3 Forte contains a high-quality fish oil concentrate Golden Omega® in its natural form as triglycerides (TG), which is characterised by high bioavailability. The oil is sourced from small marine fish caught through sustainable fishing practices, with the following certifications: IFFO RS a Friends of the Sea. The fish are processed immediately after being caught, which ensures a very low level of oxidation and preserves the natural properties of the omega-3 fatty acids.
The product is stabilised with a natural antioxidant complex containing natural tocopherols, tocotrienols and sage extract (Salvia triloba), which help to protect the sensitive omega-3 fatty acids from oxidation.
Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and a sufficient amount of liquid.
Active ingredients in 1 capsule: 700 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 350 mg is EPA, 250 mg is DHA, and 100 mg is DPA and other omega-3 fatty acids; 6 mg of the natural antioxidant complex GAL.
