Recommended dosage: The recommended daily intake is 0.4 ml per kilogram of body weight. For a person weighing 75 kg, the daily dose is 30 ml. It can be mixed with water, coffee or tea, or taken on its own. The daily dose can also be added to water and sipped throughout the day.
