🧴 Recommended use

Apply a thin layer of the balm to your neck, chest or back and massage gently until it is completely absorbed. Apply several times a day as required. A small amount may also be applied to the skin around the nose and temples.

A slightly lumpy texture is a natural characteristic of the product.
