Composition: Chamomile flower (Matricariae flos), birch leaf (Betulae folium), couch grass rhizome (Graminis rhizoma), peppermint leaf (Menthae piperitae folium), liquorice root (Liquiritiae radix), lovage root (Levistici radix), horsetail herb (Equiseti herba), stinging nettle leaf (Urticae folium).
Preparation: Pour approximately 250 ml of hot water over 2–3 tea bags and let steep for 10–15 minutes with the lid on. After removing the tea bags, consume as desired, or sweeten if preferred.
Recommended dosage: 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup in the evening.
