Hulala Gluten-Free Dairy Cream for Whipping 500 ml It is the ideal choice for preparing and decorating cakes, pastries, desserts and ice cream. Once whipped, it produces a firm, stable and easily mouldable whipped cream with a long-lasting consistency. For best results, it is recommended to store the product in the fridge for at least 12 hours before use. It can then be easily whipped by hand or with an electric whisk, either on its own or in combination with 30 % cream. When stored at a temperature of 8–12 °C, the whipped cream retains its consistency and volume.
