This preparation contains a complex of humic acids enriched with a wide range of minerals and trace elements, which are present in a biologically available and easily utilisable form. Humic substances promote optimal mineral absorption by regulating their uptake; substances present in excess can be limited, while elements present in smaller quantities facilitate their absorption.

Humic substances act as powerful natural antioxidants, effectively neutralising free radicals. They convert inorganic minerals and trace elements into organic compound-like forms, thereby promoting their uptake into cells, while binding toxic heavy metals into insoluble complexes and aiding their natural excretion from the body. An important characteristic is also their ability to stabilise and increase the activity of enzymes and vitamins, which play a key role in the energy metabolism of nutrients. When vitamins and enzymes are taken concurrently, their biological efficacy is demonstrably increased.

The daily dose of two capsules contains 100 mg of humic acid, 82 mg of vitamin C, 42 mg of milk thistle extract, 8.2 mg of silicon, 3.6 mg of iron, 2.6 mg of zinc, 0.2 mg of copper, 0.1 mg of boron, 24 μg of molybdenum, 24 μg of iodine, 20 μg of selenium, and 20 μg of chromium.

The recommended dosage depends on individual needs. For general strengthening of the body, one dose consisting of two capsules per day is recommended. To supplement minerals and maintain balance, it is advisable to take one double-capsule dose per day. If you feel tired or mentally exhausted, two doses per day are recommended, meaning four capsules divided between morning and evening. The same dosage is recommended for physical exertion or athletic performance. Pregnant and breastfeeding women can take one double-capsule dose per day. One capsule per day is intended for children. It is best to take the capsules with plenty of fluid approximately fifteen to twenty minutes before a meal.
