Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.

Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) are plants traditionally used to promote relaxation, mental well-being and restful sleep.

Active ingredients in 1 injection (0.2 ml): melatonin: 1 mg, passion flower extract: 1.9 mg, lemon balm extract: 1.7 mg.

Recommended dosage: 1 spray (0.2 ml) daily before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Composition: water, thickeners (xylitol, xanthan gum), passion fruit extract (Passiflora incarnata L.), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), melatonin, natural blackcurrant flavouring, preservative (potassium sorbate).

This product contains xylitol, excessive consumption of which may have a laxative effect.

Warning: Use is not recommended during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding, nor for children and adolescents, or for people suffering from epilepsy, depression or asthma. Melatonin may cause drowsiness and dizziness and may impair your ability to drive, operate machinery or work at heights. Do not drive for the next 4–5 hours after using the oral spray.
